The ROI of Working with Christine
I cherish my relationships – they are part of what makes me strong. Christine Trischuk takes steps to make sure that everyone in her life, from co-workers to family to volunteers knows how much she values them and their contributions. A self-confessed “hugger” she takes the time to always say goodbye and give hugs; she gives compliments whenever possible, and always makes sure to include new employees or volunteers by “breaking the ice” with others to make sure the new person is included. A happy worker/volunteer is a productive worker/volunteer, and Christine loves to lead by example.
I lead through inspiration – from quiet acts of kindness, to leading a nation. Christine Trischuk demonstrates that the most important attribute of a leader is their ability to inspire others. Successful leaders are able to mobilize and motivate people inside and outside their organization. Christine knows that her team and others around her take so many cues from your energy and outlook, so she stays focused to execute well and work on things that count.
Christine Trischuk has a strong connection to the core of her spirit, and champions the potential to fulfill personal dreams. Her skillful use of compassion, motivation and facilitation empowers the lives of others. Christine fulfilled her own personal dream of being nominated (and a finalist) for a Surrey Board of Trade Women in Business Award in the Professional Category. She has heightened her career and personal growth by being open to new possibilities and challenges, even when they are outside her comfort zone. Christine believes a true leader will encourage you to take the road less travelled, as sometimes that’s where the most exciting opportunities for personal and business growth lie. It is this message that she continues to share with others.
Christine Trischuk enriches her community and/or organization through the mentorship of others by volunteering her time for a number of worthy organizations. She is a CORE member in the Valley Women’s Network Evening Chapter, and she is a member of the Langley Chamber of Commerce, the Critter Care Society, the Surrey Board of Trade, and the Executive Women’s Network. Believing that all business transactions and relationships must be built on integrity has helped shape Christine’s core values as a person and a woman in business. Through her various networking opportunities, she looks forward to passing on the lessons she’s learned to help other women succeed in business.
